Reconcile policy-level premiums, commissions, receivables, and other policy details between Arch and MGAs. Prepare exhibits summarizing reconciling differences, maintain policy-level detail, track and age differences, and collaborate with accountants, underwriters, IT, and MGAs to resolve discrepancies.

Support operations by triaging the operations inbox, chasing QS bordereaux and accounts receivable, allocating cash receipts and liaising with brokers/underwriters on missing cash and premium queries. Assist with outstanding receivables, premium adjustments, and other projects including workflow implementation.

The Software Engineer will develop high-quality responsive UIs for web/mobile, conduct user research, optimize applications, troubleshoot issues, and conduct code reviews.
