Senior FP&A Analyst responsible for performance reporting, forecasting, planning, variance and KPI analysis, strategic partnering with underwriting units, coaching analysts, stakeholder collaboration, process improvement, compliance support, and ad hoc financial analysis to inform senior management decisions.

Lead end-to-end ownership of the data estate and delivery of large data transformation programmes. Manage stakeholders, vendors, budgets, SDLC, data platform architecture, compliance, and a cross-functional team to deliver Snowflake and relational database solutions aligned to business strategy, especially for insurance.

Develop and maintain finance reporting, automation and reconciliation solutions across Workday, Alteryx, DUCO, Sigma and Anaplan. Build reports, workflows and reconciliation logic, support system testing and upgrades, partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement AI-driven improvements, and drive process simplification and controls to improve data visibility and efficiency.
