Lead multiple complex business and technology transformation projects across insurance departments and global teams. Responsibilities include project planning, budgeting, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, change management, KPI tracking, quality assurance, status reporting, and compliance with project methodologies. The role also mentors project managers and improves project management processes.

Manage and enhance customer insight data models, maintain data integrity, collaborate on internal and third-party data requirements, and produce regulatory metrics, thresholds, dashboards, and management information. Analyze customer outcomes, identify root causes, generate actionable insights, raise queries with business owners, and support compliance with FCA conduct and consumer duty requirements. The role partners with cross-functional teams to improve customer-centric decision-making and evidential reporting.

Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into functional and technical specifications, recommend software solutions, optimize processes, coordinate testing, interpret data, maintain reports, support training, manage risks and compliance, and track project dependencies.
