Leads finance reporting, automation, and process optimization across Workday, Alteryx, DUCO, Sigma, and Anaplan. Develops reports, workflows, reconciliation rules, and scalable process improvements while evaluating AI opportunities. Partners with finance, technology teams, and system owners to define requirements, manage testing and change delivery, strengthen controls, and resolve complex problems. Acts as a technical subject matter expert, guides colleagues, coordinates stakeholders, and manages multiple improvement workstreams.

Coordinates with software architects and senior engineers to ensure implementations follow enterprise architecture principles and best practices. Collaborates across projects and programs to manage interdependencies and resolve issues. Provides input to product and delivery managers on product roadmaps and high-level estimates while solving complex business problems in an innovative, collaborative environment.

Lead multiple complex business and technology transformation projects across insurance departments and global teams. Responsibilities include project planning, budgeting, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, change management, KPI tracking, quality assurance, status reporting, and compliance with project methodologies. The role also mentors project managers and improves project management processes.
