The Senior Inside Sales Representative will develop and qualify leads in EMEA for Arcesium’s B2B SaaS solutions by leveraging industry knowledge and conducting strategic outreach efforts.

Serve as lead client contact to build long-term relationships, negotiate contracts and renewals, resolve escalations, coordinate cross-functional delivery, drive account growth with Sales, forecast account metrics, and prepare account plans and client satisfaction reports.
