Builds senior client relationships, mobilizes multidisciplinary teams, develops advisory capabilities, supports workforce planning, and ensures alignment among growth, delivery capacity, quality, risk, and compliance.

Lead commercial and cost management services for major UK rail infrastructure programmes, including HS2. Responsibilities include developing project costings and budgets, managing financial performance, leading teams, ensuring contract and policy compliance, analysing cost data, improving cost management systems, and advising clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
