Advise clients on complex capital investment programmes, including governance, mobilisation, operating models, delivery strategies, PMO frameworks, assurance, recovery, prioritisation, business cases, benefits, risk, and financial modelling. Lead analyses, workshops, stakeholder engagements, assessments, workstreams, and client deliverables. Support proposals and business development, build senior relationships, coach junior staff, and help develop the advisory capability.

Lead project controls for complex energy programs, including planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, risk management, change control, governance, reporting, and dashboard development. The role integrates schedule, cost, risk, and performance data; improves project control systems and digital tools; facilitates collaborative planning; and manages relationships with clients, delivery teams, and senior stakeholders.

Provides project planning support across infrastructure and utility programs. Responsibilities include developing baseline schedules, monitoring performance, reporting progress, managing schedule changes, identifying risks and opportunities, supporting contractual requirements under NEC3 and NEC4, and collaborating with project teams, clients, and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
