Lead hydrological studies, estimate design flood flows and hydrographs, provide technical input to flood risk management and water resources projects, oversee flood risk assessments and EIA water chapters, manage project components and QA, and mentor team members.

Lead cost and commercial management for rail projects (including HS2): create budgets, manage finances, lead teams, ensure contract compliance, analyse complex cost data, build client relationships, and drive innovation in cost systems.

Lead development and delivery of detailed electrical, mechanical and MEP cost estimates for large, multidisciplinary capital projects. Own estimating strategy, CBS/WBS alignment, quantity take-offs, cost models, risk allowances and estimate assurance. Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs, review contractor quotations, mentor junior estimators, present outcomes to stakeholders, and support business development and estimating standards compliance across infrastructure, nuclear, defence, energy and offshore programmes.
