Leads electrical design for large consultancy projects, integrating solutions across disciplines and presenting complex technical concepts to clients. Manages project teams of up to 10 people, provides technical guidance and professional development support, oversees team and subcontractor performance, and resolves delivery issues. Requires an electrical engineering degree, Chartered Engineer status, consultancy experience, and the ability to lead junior engineers.

Supports rail design and engineering projects through planning, scheduling, reporting, project controls, stakeholder coordination, risk and issue tracking, financial monitoring, commercial administration, and process improvement. The role independently prepares project documentation, analyzes project data, identifies anomalies, and develops recommendations while supporting delivery to time, cost, and quality requirements.

Deliver risk management consultancy across major renewable energy projects, programmes, and portfolios. Identify, assess, report, and mitigate cost, schedule, business, and commercial risks. Develop quantitative cost and schedule risk analyses, advise on contingency and risk allocation, implement governance and best-practice processes, improve risk tools and data quality, and support client growth. Senior-level roles also coach junior team members and build organizational capability.
