Supports the resourcing, contracting, onboarding, allocation, and relationship management of examiners and moderators. Responsibilities include forecasting demand, monitoring staffing levels, managing invitations and contracts, responding to queries, maintaining databases, producing management information, processing payments, supporting contingency planning, and ensuring regulatory and quality requirements are met. The role requires accurate administration, data handling, customer service, prioritization, resilience, and continuous improvement.

Lead AQA’s Business, Economics and Accounting subject area, developing plans that support customer engagement, retention, and product growth. Manage and develop subject specialists, use data to monitor impact, build relationships with schools and professional stakeholders, and represent AQA at conferences and events. The role combines subject expertise, strategic planning, operational management, customer insight, stakeholder engagement, and national travel.

Lead and deliver qualitative and quantitative assessment research and evaluations across vocational and new assessment product workstreams. Provide methodological expertise, manage projects and junior researchers, engage stakeholders, communicate findings, and represent AQA externally to influence assessment practice and policy.
