Investigate suspected pension fraud, impersonation, unusual payments, screening alerts, and other financial crime risks. The analyst will document findings, maintain case records, perform identity and due diligence checks, manage alert queues, coordinate with pension administration teams, track management information, support control testing and remediation, and escalate significant concerns. The role requires strong analytical judgment, investigative ability, accurate record-keeping, and practical experience in financial crime, fraud, compliance, or risk.

Supports Aptia’s data privacy framework by advising on UK GDPR and broader data protection compliance, conducting DPIAs and privacy risk reviews, maintaining processing records and documentation, performing data mapping and gap assessments, supporting data subject requests and breach management, delivering privacy training, monitoring regulatory developments, and promoting privacy by design across the business.

Administer pension schemes by processing leavers, updating member data, setting up benefits, responding to enquiries, supporting annual scheme events, performing calculations, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires strong numeracy, attention to detail, organisation, IT proficiency, and collaborative working. Previous pensions administration experience and Defined Benefit scheme knowledge are desirable, while training and guidance are provided.
