The Pension Administrator supports pension scheme operations, performs calculations, coordinates with teams, and ensures quality service while managing data accuracy and client inquiries.

The De-Risking Project Lead will manage client relationships on escalated projects, oversee risk assessments, budgeting, billing cycles, and lead project tasks ensuring quality and timelines are met.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for pension administration digital products. Act as hands-on Product Owner, prioritise features, manage delivery quality, oversee POs/analysts, implement competency and reporting frameworks, manage stakeholders and 3rd-party suppliers, and drive technical capability and Agile standards across teams.

Create accessible, engaging pension member communications across print and digital channels (newsletters, statements, websites, email, video). Lead design delivery from concept to production, develop templates and standards, use engagement data to improve effectiveness, support onboarding and major scheme changes, manage suppliers and represent Aptia in client meetings.

Lead design and implementation of governance, risk and compliance frameworks for a new FCA-regulated consulting business. Serve as senior compliance lead (SMF16/17), manage AML/financial crime, data privacy (UK GDPR), regulatory engagement with the FCA, and embed monitoring, controls, policies and committees. Provide executive guidance and build a scalable control environment to support growth.

The Senior Pension Administrator supports clients with complex pension queries, performs high-level calculations, and mentors junior staff while enhancing client relationships.
