Administer pension schemes by processing leavers, updating member data, setting up benefits, responding to enquiries, supporting annual scheme events, performing calculations, and maintaining accurate records. Previous pensions administration experience and Defined Benefit scheme knowledge are desirable, while training and guidance are provided.

The role also involves month-end activities, variance analysis, dashboard development, and continuous process improvement.

Lead design and implementation of governance, risk and compliance frameworks for a new FCA-regulated consulting business. Serve as senior compliance lead (SMF16/17), manage AML/financial crime, data privacy (UK GDPR), regulatory engagement with the FCA, and embed monitoring, controls, policies and committees. Provide executive guidance and build a scalable control environment to support growth.

The Pension Administrator supports pension scheme operations, performs calculations, coordinates with teams, and ensures quality service while managing data accuracy and client inquiries.

The De-Risking Project Lead will manage client relationships on escalated projects, oversee risk assessments, budgeting, billing cycles, and lead project tasks ensuring quality and timelines are met.
