As a Senior Product Designer at Apron, you'll lead the design of core payment products, enhance user experience, and coach fellow designers, all while contributing to a design system and adapting to industry trends.

Run full-cycle technical and product hiring (backend, frontend, mobile, ML, product, data). Source candidates proactively, manage candidate experience, partner with hiring managers on briefs and process, use hiring metrics to improve funnels, build talent pools, and support employer branding for engineering talent.

Lead end-to-end design of Aprons core payments product: define ambiguous problems, design complex financial workflows, maintain payments design system, influence product direction, and mentor the design team while partnering closely with PMs, engineers, and researchers.
