Manages scope, budgets exceeding £1 million, schedules, profitability, resources, risks, governance, and client relationships. Coordinates strategists, designers, architects, developers, and QA teams; facilitates workshops; develops delivery plans and reporting; supports pre-sales, RFPs, scoping, and SOW development. Drives continuous improvement across complex Agile and hybrid delivery environments.

Manage multiple concurrent client projects and Scrum teams by coordinating ceremonies, refining backlogs, tracking velocity, budgets, costs, resources, risks, and timelines. Facilitate communication among internal teams, Product Owners, and external stakeholders. Coach teams in Agile practices, resolve conflicts, remove impediments, improve delivery processes, and ensure sprint deliverables meet quality standards.
