Architect and scale enterprise cloud platforms on AWS for tens of thousands of users. Responsibilities include designing multi-region, caching, federation, security, access control, resilience, observability, and cost strategies; leading load testing; documenting architectural decisions; mentoring engineers; defining non-functional requirements; partnering with security and compliance; and evaluating technologies and build-versus-buy decisions.

Manage multiple concurrent client projects and Scrum teams by coordinating ceremonies, refining backlogs, tracking velocity, budgets, costs, resources, risks, and timelines. Facilitate communication among internal teams, Product Owners, and external stakeholders. Coach teams in Agile practices, resolve conflicts, remove impediments, improve delivery processes, and ensure sprint deliverables meet quality standards.

Designs and owns the data architecture, knowledge graph, taxonomy, schemas, and ingestion pipelines supporting a graph-RAG platform. Builds scalable Python ETL pipelines from SharePoint and Microsoft content sources, manages versioned and temporal data, maintains graph accuracy, and establishes governance, lineage, quality assurance, monitoring, and error handling. The role also evaluates Supabase/Postgres architecture, optimizes cost and reliability, documents technical systems, and contributes to client-facing architectural decisions in a consulting environment.

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise web and CMS transformations, managing scope, £1M+ budgets, schedules, resources, risks, presales and client relationships while coordinating cross-functional teams and driving delivery governance and improvement.
