Teams at Applied Industrial Technologies

Designs, integrates, and tests guidance, navigation, and control software for autonomous aerial UAS platforms. Develops C++ autonomy algorithms, control systems, path planning, and 3DoF/6DoF vehicle models; performs simulation, flight testing, data analysis, and deployment onto OEM hardware. Collaborates with vendors and cross-functional teams to create reusable autonomy capabilities for defense missions.

Provides technical pre-sales and post-sale support for maritime autonomy solutions across EMEA. Acts as a bridge between defense customers and engineering teams, scopes technical solutions, leads architecture reviews and demonstrations, supports deployments, and onboards customer engineering teams to a code-first toolchain. The role requires maritime-sector experience, customer-facing software and vehicle-systems expertise, programming skills, and UK security clearance or eligibility.

Support pre-sales and customer adoption for Applied Intuition’s Air portfolio across UK and European defense customers. Serve as the technical bridge between customers and internal engineering and product teams, leading architecture reviews, technical discussions, demonstrations, deployments, and SDK integrations. Help customer engineering teams adopt the developer toolchain and integrate it with existing infrastructure.
