Lead and transform FP&A across the combined Skyward Specialty and Apollo businesses. Responsibilities include planning, forecasting, strategic modeling, cash and capital forecasting, performance analysis, investor relations support, and executive decision support. The role partners with senior leaders and the Board to improve financial insight, challenge assumptions, and strengthen FP&A processes, reporting, and modeling across the organization.

Deliver risk-based internal audits across underwriting, claims, finance, delegated authority and other areas. Plan and execute control testing, produce evidence-based findings, present recommendations, monitor remediation, and support audit methodology, reporting and use of data analytics.
