Manage and enhance Apollo’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework across the company and managed syndicates. The role partners with senior stakeholders to identify, assess, monitor, and report risks; oversees platform partner syndicates; supports ORSA, stress testing, scenario analysis, and business planning; and delivers governance materials, training, and risk reviews. The position requires insurance or regulated financial services risk experience, knowledge of Solvency UK, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders and lead initiatives.

Oversee claims performance and governance across Apollo’s Platform Partner Syndicates. Manage delegated claims authorities, provide technical guidance on complex and high-value claims, monitor trends, produce senior-level reporting, ensure compliance with Lloyd’s and Apollo standards, and support claims process development. Build strong relationships with platform partners, third-party providers, and internal stakeholders while contributing to large-loss, reserving, and claims strategy discussions.

Lead enterprise risk management across Apollo and its managed syndicates. Responsibilities include maintaining risk frameworks, assessments, registers, controls, governance, reporting, stress testing, scenario analysis, and capital model validation.
