Deliver risk-based internal audits across underwriting, claims, finance, delegated authority and other areas. Plan and execute control testing, produce evidence-based findings, present recommendations, monitor remediation, and support audit methodology, reporting and use of data analytics.

Lead and develop Apollo's Business Analysis practice, partnering with stakeholders to gather and own requirements from discovery to delivery. Produce user stories, process maps and functional docs, facilitate workshops, support UX and testing, ensure technical translation with Engineering and Data, identify process improvement and automation opportunities, and coach other Business Analysts while shaping agile ways of working.

Lead delivery of quarterly and annual Lloyd's financial and regulatory reporting for managed syndicates. Develop and coach the reporting team, strengthen controls, and improve efficiency through process enhancements and automation (including Power Query/Power BI). Ensure accurate, timely Solvency UK and Syndicate Reports & Accounts in line with Lloyd's requirements.

Prepare and deliver syndicate financial and regulatory reporting (Syndicate Report & Accounts, SUK QRTs, Lloyd's returns, QMAs, RRAs, US Situs). Produce GAAP and ultimate-basis management information, support external audits, stakeholder reporting and capital provider packs. Develop technical accounting papers, reporting controls and process improvements, working with FP&A and Data Solutions to automate reporting and improve data extraction.
