Serve as a help-desk analyst handling Global Operations inquiries about relocation expense reimbursements. Resolve ServiceNow tickets, answer phones, liaise with Relocation Accounting and Payroll, follow Premier Executive and Rush Expense processes, and support special projects while delivering timely, customer-focused service.
