Support the Senior Director to grow international affiliates by managing marketing services, content (magazine/website), PR and social media, producing marketing materials, training agents, troubleshooting digital issues, coordinating events and calls, and analysing digital/PR data to optimise regional marketing strategies.

Lead and manage the end-to-end proposal process for complex bids and RFPs: plan timelines, allocate resources, coach writers, ensure quality and compliance, maintain response libraries, improve templates/processes, partner with Sales and SMEs, and apply data and technology to optimize workflows and proposal outcomes.

Support the Account Manager to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and share-of-solutions. Resolve billing and service issues, maintain data integrity and reporting, coordinate projects and client meetings, drive continuous improvement with suppliers, and assist with contract deliverables and renewals while developing account management and commercial skills.
