Drive new business and revenue growth for Anthropic’s AI API and SaaS solutions across EMEA insurance markets. Own the full enterprise sales cycle, develop insurance-specific strategies, navigate procurement and stakeholder ecosystems, identify new use cases, negotiate complex agreements, exceed quotas, inform product roadmaps, and improve sales methodologies and playbooks.

Leads end-to-end delivery of custom AI agent deployments for enterprise customers, including scoping, discovery, solution planning, engineering execution, stakeholder management, value measurement, and production deployment. Owns SOWs, roadmaps, requirements, risks, change management, executive communications, and delivery operations. Develops reusable playbooks and evaluation frameworks while navigating enterprise security, legal, procurement, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Travel to customer sites is expected for relationship building, adoption, and delivery acceleration.

Build strategic relationships with complex EMEA customers, guide adoption of Anthropic’s AI products, optimize consumption and seat-based usage, identify expansion opportunities, quantify customer value, execute change-management programs, conduct business reviews, and represent regional customer needs internally. The role also helps establish EMEA customer-success processes and playbooks while collaborating across global teams and time zones.
