Responsibilities include hands-on customer engineering, pair programming, architecture reviews, code contributions, LLM application prototyping, evaluation framework development, technical documentation, developer content, workshops, hackathons, and collaboration with Product and Engineering teams. Travel to customer sites is required for implementation support and relationship building.

Manages Anthropic’s Technical Deployment team for Financial Services, overseeing enterprise AI engagement portfolios from scoping through production deployment. Responsibilities include hiring and developing Technical Deployment Leads, ensuring delivery quality, managing executive customer relationships, staffing engagements, leading complex deployments, establishing technical playbooks and evaluation frameworks, partnering with Sales and Marketing, and translating field insights into product and research strategy. The role requires 25–50% travel to customer sites.

Guide UK enterprise customers through AI evaluations, proofs of value, procurement, and Claude deployment. Advise engineering teams on architecture, agent design, evaluation, security, compliance, and scale; present business cases to executive stakeholders; coordinate with account executives, architects, product, engineering, and systems integration partners; and provide technical guidance throughout implementation.
