Leads the organization’s talent acquisition strategy and end-to-end recruitment activities. Advises hiring managers, develops sourcing and talent attraction initiatives, improves candidate experience, analyzes recruitment data, supports inclusive hiring practices, and builds hiring manager capability. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in recruitment campaigns and key appointments while partnering closely with People Operations.

Provide specialist scientific expertise for infectious disease and blood grouping investigations within a UKAS ISO 15189-accredited laboratory. Perform and authorize screening tests, support clinical interpretation, contribute to service development and verification, and maintain regulatory and quality compliance. Collaborate with biomedical scientists, clinical scientists, and senior laboratory staff to deliver a high-quality diagnostic service supporting stem cell donation and transplantation.

Lead brand strategy and governance, create assets and guidelines, champion brand consistency across the organisation, and support brand evolution projects. Run audience insight activity, translate insight into actionable recommendations, and work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to increase awareness, trust and consideration for Anthony Nolan.
