Manage and develop supporter-led fundraising products and virtual events. Lead marketing implementation with digital and creative teams, design supporter journeys to drive income and loyalty, evaluate results and recommend improvements, and contribute to product planning and strategy.

Assist the Immunogenetics team in managing the Patient/Donor Programme: collect and process samples, perform sterile lymphocyte separation and storage, enter and maintain clinical data, support development of molecular assays including SMRT sequencing, and help design and streamline project workflows while following ethical and laboratory guidelines.

Support engagement and stewardship of nearly one million stem cell register donors. Create meaningful experiences, manage communications, analyse data and reporting, maintain stakeholder relationships, prioritise tasks, and ensure donors are informed and ready to donate.
