Develop and lead Anthony Nolan’s social media strategy, channel development, content planning, social listening, paid campaigns, and budget management. Provide strategic guidance across the organisation, oversee the Social Media team, evaluate channel performance and ROI, use audience insights to shape campaigns, and manage the organisation’s social reputation, including crisis situations. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on content creation and cross-organisational collaboration.

Lead brand strategy and governance, create assets and guidelines, champion brand consistency across the organisation, and support brand evolution projects. Run audience insight activity, translate insight into actionable recommendations, and work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to increase awareness, trust and consideration for Anthony Nolan.

Manage and develop supporter-led fundraising products and virtual events. Lead marketing implementation with digital and creative teams, design supporter journeys to drive income and loyalty, evaluate results and recommend improvements, and contribute to product planning and strategy.
