Responsibilities include candidate sourcing, passive outreach, talent community development, screening, interview coordination, candidate preparation, assessment design, offer positioning, closing, and partnering with teams to understand hiring needs. The role requires operating autonomously in ambiguous, zero-to-one environments and contributing directly to company growth.

You will design, build, and maintain scalable software systems, driving execution and collaborating with product teams to deliver impactful AI-enabled solutions.

Lead end-to-end delivery of customer-facing product features: define problems, scope and ship iterative solutions, partner with engineering/design, gather feedback and improve product velocity and quality.
