Manages teams, staffing, client relationships, KPIs, audits, compliance, CCTV and control-room operations, incident investigations, emergency response, recruitment, employee relations, equipment and cleaning standards. The role ensures contractual performance, health and safety, GDPR compliance, service improvement, client satisfaction and operational resilience across retail, residential and public spaces.

Direct and marshal vehicles safely across a mixed-use development, managing access to loading bays and service areas. Monitor pedestrian and vehicle activity, identify hazards, report incidents, maintain site records, and liaise professionally with drivers, contractors, visitors, retailers, and site teams. Support security and operational teams while enforcing health and safety procedures. The role requires shift flexibility, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

Provides visible outdoor security patrols across a Central London Business Improvement District. Responsibilities include deterring and responding to crime and antisocial behaviour, reporting suspicious activity and environmental hazards, supporting counter-terrorism awareness, assisting vulnerable people, managing lost property, recording incidents electronically, and liaising with police, businesses, stakeholders, and emergency services. The role requires flexible short-notice availability, extensive foot patrols, professional public engagement, and work in all weather conditions.
