Direct and marshal vehicles safely across a mixed-use development, managing access to loading bays and service areas. Monitor pedestrian and vehicle activity, identify hazards, report incidents, maintain site records, and liaise professionally with drivers, contractors, visitors, retailers, and site teams. Support security and operational teams while enforcing health and safety procedures. The role requires shift flexibility, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

Supervise security operations across a mixed-use development, acting as the escalation point for incidents and emergencies. Manage security team deployment, control room activities, CCTV monitoring, alarms, investigations, patrols, compliance checks, and reporting. Coordinate incident responses with external agencies, support staff recruitment and performance management, and ensure site procedures, health and safety standards, GDPR requirements, and customer service expectations are met.

Protect people, property, and assets across retail, residential, and public spaces. Duties include patrols, access control, CCTV monitoring, incident response, conflict de-escalation, emergency liaison, accurate report writing, visitor assistance, and supporting events. The role requires professionalism, strong observation and communication skills, flexibility for rota-based shifts, and a valid SIA frontline licence.
