Own end-to-end event delivery (agendas, budgets, suppliers, logistics), manage speakers and promotion, develop senior-focused content, use CRM and audience insight for targeting and follow-up, track ROI, manage external partners, and drive consistent event practices across offices.

Lead and grow Analysys Mason's Transformation practice by originating and delivering end-to-end transformation engagements across technology-intensive sectors. Drive value creation through operating model design, operational excellence, revenue growth, and cost optimisation. Manage commercial performance, develop propositions, lead cross-functional teams, and mentor and line-manage colleagues to build future leaders while expanding client relationships and practice capability.
