The Staff Engineer leads analog and mixed-signal block design, conducts design reviews, mentors junior engineers, and develops methodologies for advanced technology applications.

Perform weekly and monthly balance sheet and cash reconciliations, execute month/quarter/year-end closings, prepare variance analyses and cash flow forecasts, manage intercompany settlements, assist auditors, ensure compliance with local government reporting, and support process improvement projects.

Support Global Costing by executing quarterly standard costing, maintaining SAP and Impact3C, performing product costing and manufacturing cost analysis, analyzing cost variances, supporting COGS and inventory valuation, partnering with Finance/Operations/Supply Chain/IT, driving process automation, and ensuring SOX and accounting policy compliance.
