Teams at Amplitude

Manage employee lifecycle transactions in Workday across the UK, EMEA, and APJ; support onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, immigration, visa processing, and employee inquiries. Maintain accurate, audit-ready records, coordinate with internal teams and external providers, resolve routine requests, document processes, and use AI tools to improve People Operations efficiency and employee experience.

Partner with customers, sales, and engineering to design, run, and analyze A/B tests and experimentation programs. Advise on experimental design, statistical methodology, measurement frameworks, and infrastructure. Create repeatable frameworks, technical content, and enablement while influencing product and platform roadmap. Provide hands-on technical consulting and education to scale trustworthy experimentation practices.

Own and grow a mixed book of enterprise customers and prospects; run full enterprise sales cycles, evangelize Amplitude's platform, build pipeline via outbound and partners, apply MEDDPICC rigor, multi-thread across stakeholders, and collaborate with SDRs, Solutions Consultants, Customer Success and Legal to close net-new logos and expand accounts.
