Partner with customers, sales, and engineering to design, run, and analyze A/B tests and experimentation programs. Advise on experimental design, statistical methodology, measurement frameworks, and infrastructure. Create repeatable frameworks, technical content, and enablement while influencing product and platform roadmap. Provide hands-on technical consulting and education to scale trustworthy experimentation practices.

Own and grow a mixed book of enterprise customers and prospects; run full enterprise sales cycles, evangelize Amplitude's platform, build pipeline via outbound and partners, apply MEDDPICC rigor, multi-thread across stakeholders, and collaborate with SDRs, Solutions Consultants, Customer Success and Legal to close net-new logos and expand accounts.

Partner with EMEA Sales leadership to translate data into decisions, lead forecasting, pipeline inspection, and planning cycles, design AI-augmented workflows, and drive territory, quota, and headcount planning. Own the rhythm of business, SPIFF execution, and cross-functional alignment to improve commercial performance and operational excellence.
