Lead identification, design, and implementation of automation and reporting across Controllership. Build Python solutions for data collection, reconciliation and controls; develop Power BI/Tableau dashboards; support Microsoft Fabric and evaluate AI/Copilot use cases. Partner with stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, document solutions, and provide training to increase automation and operational transparency.

Provide legal advice and support to the Institutional business across EMEA, drafting and negotiating investment management and intra-group agreements, managing external counsel, advising on regulatory and fund-structure matters (including LDI and pooled products), and responding to ad-hoc business queries.

Lead and mature the Enterprise Technology Resilience programme across EMEA/APAC, coordinate regional incident response, drive technology risk and resilience improvements, translate regulatory/audit findings into action, deliver measurable enhancements to resilience and control effectiveness, and report progress to senior stakeholders while partnering with business, risk, and technology teams.
