Provide legal support for EMEA real estate alternative funds: assist with fund structuring and launches, negotiate fund and service provider contracts, advise on regulatory and governance matters, coordinate with portfolio managers, tax, finance and operations, supervise secondee trainees, and contribute to GCO initiatives including responsible use of technology.

Provide employment law support across EMEA/APAC: advise on contentious and non-contentious HR issues, draft contracts and settlement agreements, assist with litigation and benefits matters, conduct legal research, liaise with external counsel, support M&A and transformation projects, and manage an independent caseload under supervision.

Lead forward-looking risk analysis for equity portfolios across EMEA, challenge portfolio positioning, and present findings to portfolio managers and senior management. Monitor portfolios against internal risk guidelines, highlight exceptions, and support risk management actions. Maintain and enhance risk tools and techniques, and provide quantitative insights to product and client teams.
