Leads commercial strategy and planning initiatives supporting growth priorities across sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and product. Partners with senior leadership on corporate strategy, develops executive presentations and recommendations, and leads cross-functional transformation projects. Uses customer insights, analytics, governance frameworks, operating models, and performance dashboards to improve commercial effectiveness and align people, processes, and technology.

Supports corporate and commercial strategy initiatives through research, analysis, structured recommendations, leadership presentations, customer insight gathering, and cross-functional project coordination. Partners with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and operational teams to provide commercial insight, improve operating models, and identify opportunities involving people, processes, technology, AI, and automation.

Manage PMO disciplines for a commercial initiative portfolio, including planning, progress reporting, prioritization, stakeholder coordination, Product and Technology alignment, deployment, change management, and issue resolution. The role also supports governance, steering committee reporting, and portfolio delivery across the commercial organization.
