Drive operational excellence for engineering and product by owning business cadence, KPIs, roadmaps, capacity planning, and standardized program frameworks. Coordinate cross-functional alignment, manage risk and change, and lead high-impact technical initiatives to improve engineering velocity and enable executive decision-making.

Lead Android technical direction and architecture, design durable mobile-facing system contracts, improve reliability/QA/observability and AI-enabled validation, and raise engineering standards across teams while contributing hands-on to mobile and backend work to deliver secure, high-quality enterprise mobile experiences.
