Senior finance-led change and delivery role owning finance requirements, prioritisation and delivery across gaming systems (SGPAM, ReconNet, GEM Suite). Lead payment integrations, UAT, defect management, controls, reconciliations, stakeholder governance, BI reporting and audit readiness to ensure accounting integrity across digital and retail payment flows.

Manage designated retail accounts to drive sales, profit and returns; build cross-functional and senior-level relationships; develop and implement joint business plans; analyse KPIs and performance to identify growth opportunities; lead account transitions and ensure product availability and responsible play delivery.

The Planning Manager is responsible for managing the quarterly consumer plan, ensuring operational coordination, governance compliance, and effective communication between internal teams and external agencies.
