Operate and improve production systems to ensure reliability and performance. Maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability (Splunk, CloudWatch, Grafana); automate repetitive tasks with scripting and Terraform; support incident response and on-call rotation; troubleshoot distributed systems across application, infrastructure, and network layers; assist scalability, performance tuning, and CI/CD improvements.

Lead SRE responsible for reliability across customer-facing systems using SLOs/SLIs/error budgets. Own incident command and on-call, drive automation (Terraform, CI/CD), transition from ECS to EKS, optimise capacity and performance for high-concurrency events, implement observability (Splunk, CloudWatch, Grafana, Quantum Metric), prioritise SRE backlog, and mentor teams while reporting reliability metrics to leadership.

Design end-to-end digital experiences for web, app and retail channels: research, wireframes, prototypes, player testing, high-fidelity UI and motion design. Collaborate with product, dev and stakeholders, champion design systems and player-centred outcomes while mentoring other designers.
