Owns origination and closing of complex, high-value invoice finance opportunities for established SMEs. Builds strategic broker, introducer, and accountancy partnerships; structures lending proposals with credit teams; drives revenue targets and cross-sell opportunities. The role also mentors junior business development managers, contributes to commercial planning, improves processes, and represents the business with senior partners.

Develop and manage relationships with accounting firms across the South East to generate SME banking referrals. Responsibilities include consultative B2B sales, partner onboarding, client introductions, account funding and usage support, lending referrals, CRM portfolio management, regional travel, events, marketing initiatives, pipeline reporting, and collaboration with Relationship Managers and internal teams.

Develop and manage relationships with accounting firms across the North West to generate SME referrals. Own partner and client journeys from introductions through onboarding, funding, and account usage. Conduct consultative B2B sales, regional meetings, events, and portfolio management. Coordinate with Relationship Managers and Marketing, maintain CRM records, deliver partner enablement materials, and support repeat introductions while adhering to bank policies and controls.
