Partners with PMO and Time and Expense teams to resolve issues, maintain operational compliance, and support business objectives.

Leads EMEA invoicing operations, revenue recognition, supplier payments, financial reporting, and order-to-cash improvements. Manages UK and India teams, ensures regulatory compliance and invoice accuracy, partners on credit risk and collections, and drives Allegis Pay implementation, process standardization, technology enablement, and cross-functional financial initiatives.

Leads EMEA financial reporting and controllership across multiple countries and entities. Owns month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, statutory accounts, audits, balance sheet governance, financial controls, and compliance. Manages a team of eight and partners with global, regional, and external stakeholders. Drives Oracle Fusion implementation, process standardization, automation, and AI-enabled finance improvements while providing reporting-led business insight.
