Supports reporting and analytics for workforce management and procurement programs. Responsibilities include compiling performance data, analyzing business issues, reconciling data discrepancies, administering scheduled and ad hoc reports, documenting reporting requirements, supporting client presentations, and performing basic trend and benchmarking analyses. The role also assists with process improvements and program implementations while partnering with technical resources on complex solutions.

Support end-to-end procurement projects, including vendor selection, proposal analysis, contract negotiation, and commercial assessment. Build relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, coordinate contract activities, monitor supplier performance, and identify risks. Improve procurement processes, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Produces monthly management accounts and financial statements for multiple clients and entities. Responsibilities include P&Ls, balance sheets, variance analysis, balance-sheet and bank reconciliations, VAT and EC sales returns, intercompany charges, KPI commentary, internal controls, year-end accounts support, audit coordination, risk reporting, and ad hoc financial analysis. The role also supports new bank-account setup and requires strong Excel, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
