Produces monthly management accounts and financial statements for multiple clients and entities. Responsibilities include P&Ls, balance sheets, variance analysis, balance-sheet and bank reconciliations, VAT and EC sales returns, intercompany charges, KPI commentary, internal controls, year-end accounts support, audit coordination, risk reporting, and ad hoc financial analysis. The role also supports new bank-account setup and requires strong Excel, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Leads EMEA financial reporting and controllership across multiple countries and entities. Owns month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, statutory accounts, audits, balance sheet governance, financial controls, and compliance. Manages a team of eight and partners with global, regional, and external stakeholders. Drives Oracle Fusion implementation, process standardization, automation, and AI-enabled finance improvements while providing reporting-led business insight.

Supports end-to-end procurement activities, including vendor selection, proposal analysis, contract negotiation, commercial assessment, supplier performance monitoring, and risk mitigation. The role develops stakeholder and vendor relationships, improves procurement processes, maintains documentation, and ensures compliance with policies and regulations. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, negotiation, and Excel skills are required. Knowledge of VMS or procurement software is preferred, as is CIPS certification.
