Support day-to-day operations of a managed workforce recruitment programme: manage hiring manager relationships, brief and manage agencies, screen CVs, schedule interviews, onboard contractors, track invoices/payments, monitor SLAs, provide reporting and analysis, and escalate programme issues to the Programme Manager.

Lead and develop the Field Support team responsible for contractor lifecycle (on/off-boarding, payroll, customer support). Drive operational excellence, ensure policy compliance, handle escalations, partner with PMO, manage hiring and onboarding, track performance against scorecards, audit critical data, and deliver high-quality internal and external customer service.

Manage a team delivering a Sourcing Insights program for labor-based services. Own stakeholder relationships, drive procurement process change, manage SLAs/KPIs, handle escalations, analyze spend data, and develop mitigation and cost-savings strategies while coaching and developing procurement specialists.

Lead and deliver EMEA change initiatives: develop change strategies, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, impact assessments, transition plans, and adoption metrics. Coach leaders and teams, collaborate with HR/IT/Operations, monitor programme effectiveness, and report progress, risks, and mitigations to executives.
