Build and operate algo1’s platform infrastructure, including authentication and authorization, automated release engineering, cloud environments, APIs, webhooks, event-driven systems, and agentic development tooling. Design scalable distributed backend services, manage databases and real-time data streams, and support reliable customer-facing products. The role is office-based in London and involves close collaboration with platform, product, and engineering teams.

Build and own frontend-focused, full-stack web applications for B2B retail customers. Responsibilities include creating responsive real-time interfaces, simplifying complex AI capabilities, contributing to APIs and system design, and managing testing, observability, deployment, and post-release investigation. The role requires strong TypeScript and React expertise, real-time communication experience, cloud deployment skills, product judgment, rapid delivery, and experience using AI coding tools.

Build and ship native Kotlin Android features end-to-end for a controlled in-store device, integrate on-device AI outputs into the UX, improve performance and reliability, establish architecture and engineering standards, and monitor production performance.

Lead full‑stack product delivery for B2B features with backend emphasis: design APIs, own architecture, ship production systems, ensure testing/observability, and partner with product and platform teams to support demos, trials, and customer onboarding.

Design end-to-end shopper experiences for an in-store AI product: define interfaces, interactions, prototypes, motion, and the design system; validate designs with real shoppers and iterate rapidly to ship polished, accessible experiences.
