Manage prioritisation, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, communication, and cross-functional delivery to minimise disruption and cost while supporting operational excellence.

Lead the safe, efficient running of the Harlow workshop; coordinate coachbuilding, refurb, paintshop and contractors; maintain labour efficiency, deliver quality repairs on time; liaise with Parts, Sales Engineers and Commercial teams; uphold safety, housekeeping, compliance and accurate administration/documentation.
