Lead commercial bid development and contract governance for aftermarket Parts and Service. Provide pricing support, data-driven insight, tender preparation, contract mobilisation, performance tracking, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination to drive profitable growth.

Develop, test and verify control-system software for vehicle platforms across the full product lifecycle. Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and customers, using model-based development, HIL testing and structured engineering processes to deliver safe, reliable control architectures.

Lead the safe, efficient running of the Harlow workshop; coordinate coachbuilding, refurb, paintshop and contractors; maintain labour efficiency, deliver quality repairs on time; liaise with Parts, Sales Engineers and Commercial teams; uphold safety, housekeeping, compliance and accurate administration/documentation.

Lead inbound contact centre operations, manage a team of Customer Solutions Advisors, drive performance and commercial outcomes, improve customer experience, develop capability across technical, pricing and sales, and implement outbound engagement to grow retention and revenue.

Support new product development by tracking and controlling material costs via BOM analysis. Monitor cost movements, produce reports, identify risks and opportunities, and collaborate with Procurement and Commercial teams to inform tendering and production cost decisions.

Lead and coordinate technical service across the service network, act as senior escalation for complex vehicle issues, drive improvements in reliability, diagnostics and service performance, shape technical strategy for emerging technologies, and lead multi-site teams to deliver safe, high-quality customer outcomes.
