Lead the design and implementation of a structured change-management approach for engineering/manufacturing operations. Manage prioritisation, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, communication, and cross-functional delivery to minimise disruption and cost while supporting operational excellence.

Lead the safe, efficient running of the Harlow workshop; coordinate coachbuilding, refurb, paintshop and contractors; maintain labour efficiency, deliver quality repairs on time; liaise with Parts, Sales Engineers and Commercial teams; uphold safety, housekeeping, compliance and accurate administration/documentation.

Develop, test and verify control-system software for vehicle platforms across the full product lifecycle. Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and customers, using model-based development, HIL testing and structured engineering processes to deliver safe, reliable control architectures.

Coordinate workshop operations across coachbuilding, refurb, paintshop and contractors to ensure safe, efficient repairs, high labour efficiency, timely job completion, accurate documentation, and strong customer communication while maintaining safety and compliance.

Lead and coordinate technical service across the service network, act as senior escalation for complex vehicle issues, drive improvements in reliability, diagnostics and service performance, shape technical strategy for emerging technologies, and lead multi-site teams to deliver safe, high-quality customer outcomes.
