Manage large, complex creative projects and client accounts valued at approximately £1–£2.5 million annually. Responsibilities include account growth, client relationship management, proposals, forecasting, workflow planning, issue escalation, process improvement, and revenue development. Lead and develop Account Managers, support Account Directors, coordinate Client Services and Design teams, and ensure high-quality, profitable delivery across the studio.

Manage client accounts and multiple creative projects from brief through completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Build client relationships, develop proposals and scopes, oversee forecasting, budgeting, invoicing, revenue, and margins, and identify account-growth and new-business opportunities. Lead presentations and RFP/RFQ responses, coordinate staffing and project administration, mentor junior staff, and contribute to studio culture.

Creates motion graphics, animations, kinetic typography, visual effects, and video content across media formats. Develops concepts through style frames, storyboards, and animatics; collaborates with creative, strategy, and technology teams; manages assets and project workflows; leads delivery planning; presents ideas to clients; and mentors junior designers. The role requires advanced proficiency in 2D and 3D animation tools, compositing, video editing, file optimization, and emerging motion technologies.
