Develop and execute targeted demand generation and field marketing strategies across UKI, Nordics and Benelux. Plan and run regional events, multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, partner, email, PR, social), and coordinate with sales, product marketing and customer success. Track and report campaign performance and ROI, and mentor a Working Student/Intern to support regional goals.

Identify and qualify inbound and outbound sales opportunities for Akeneo's SaaS product. Conduct discovery calls, nurture prospects through email, phone, and social media, qualify marketing leads, engage decision-makers, and collaborate with sales and marketing on lead-generation strategies. The role requires high call volume, strong communication, creativity, persistence, and fluency in Italian and English, with experience navigating the Italian market.

The Business Development Representative identifies and qualifies inbound and outbound sales opportunities, conducts discovery calls, nurtures prospects through email, phone, and social media, and cultivates relationships with decision-makers. The role partners with Sales and Marketing on lead generation, communicates customer insights internally, and supports new customer acquisition in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
