Manages technical services across proposal, pre-construction, construction, commissioning, and post-completion phases. Responsibilities include reviewing designs and specifications, developing technical and commissioning strategies, coordinating MEP/AVIT contractors and professional teams, supporting procurement, monitoring installation quality and progress, managing inspections and documentation, resolving technical issues, overseeing commissioning, and addressing defects. The role also supports client relationships, construction methodology, health and safety compliance, and project reporting.

Supports the Commercial Manager with financial management of construction projects valued at £1m–£10m. Responsibilities include cost monitoring, cash-flow forecasting, monthly CVR reporting, subcontract procurement and payments, tender reconciliation, contract administration, project measures and take-offs, final accounts, and financial risk reporting. The role also supports junior surveyors and ensures compliance with internal CMiC procedures and commercial best practices.
