Senior Investment Spokesperson provides authoritative market and economic commentary across media, creates data-led analysis and thought leadership, produces customer-facing investment content (articles, video, podcasts, webinars), supports PR and marketing campaigns, and works with internal teams to grow AJ Bell’s profile while responding quickly to breaking market events.

Lead and optimise the referral programme and shape customer loyalty strategy. Develop business cases, run end-to-end campaigns, manage agency and cross-functional delivery, ensure compliance, oversee budgets and forecasts, and line-manage a junior marketer to grow advocacy, retention, and customer value through insight-driven testing and commercial analysis.

Manage and govern authorised funds and Managed Portfolio Service products across lifecycle. Lead approvals, design product objectives and risk profiles, own Fair Value Assessments and Consumer Duty monitoring, support distribution and documentation, report to governance committees, monitor market/competitor activity, and support strategic product projects while liaising with Investment Management, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations and Distribution.
