Design, build, and maintain data assets, pipelines, and Power BI enterprise dashboards. Define data models and KPIs, support analysts, ensure data governance, testing, documentation, and stakeholder alignment to drive analytics and marketing capabilities.

Lead end-to-end mixed-method market and customer research programmes (qualitative and quantitative), design surveys and interviews, perform desk and internal data analysis, manage agencies and panels, embed voice-of-customer into product/marketing decisions, and improve research platforms and processes across the business.
