Design, build, and maintain data assets, ETL pipelines and Power BI reports/semantic models. Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, ensure data governance, optimize performance, document solutions, support analysts, and contribute to the company data strategy and literacy.

Individual contributor responsible for building marketing measurement and experimentation capability across Customer Marketing. Design A/B tests and control groups, define KPIs, develop scalable reporting and dashboards (Power BI, Snowflake, Bloomreach, Google Analytics, Content Square), translate data into actionable insights, and coach marketing teams to embed evidence-based optimisation while ensuring data governance and regulatory compliance.

Lead experimentation and conversion rate optimisation across digital platforms: plan tests, design and run A/B and multivariate experiments, analyse results, translate insights into recommendations, collaborate with UX, product, marketing and developers, manage third parties, and monitor site performance using analytics and feedback tools.
