Develop and maintain high-volume PHP backend services, APIs, modular architectures, database queries, asynchronous processes, and automated tests. Debug production issues, improve system reliability, and collaborate with senior engineers and product teams. The role includes on-call participation to support 24/7 global service availability.

Lead finance modernization including ERP ownership (design, data migration, cutover), process redesign and automation across O2C/P2P/R2R/FP&A, controllership and SOX-lite readiness, standardized reporting and driver-based forecasting, and program/change management to embed AI, drive adoption, and report progress to leadership and Audit & Risk Committee.

Lead design and operation of multi-region AWS systems for reliability at scale. Define SLOs/SLIs, run incident management and postmortems, build automation, improve observability, run chaos engineering, and refine on-call processes.
