Build and own pricing data science capabilities, including demand and elasticity models, forecasting, willingness-to-pay models, pricing optimization, experimentation, and causal analysis. Deploy and monitor machine learning systems, establish governed pricing metrics, and partner with Commercial, Finance, and Product to improve margin and revenue. Set analytical standards for pricing decisions and build reusable analytical capabilities.

Own and optimize Airalo’s ATS and recruiting technology stack, including integrations, automations, workflows, vendor management, data privacy, dashboards, and hiring reports. Translate recruiting data into recommendations for leaders and support headcount planning. Lead documentation, training, enablement, and change management while improving candidate experience and mentoring junior team members. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People, Finance, Legal, and IT across multiple regions.

Leads Airalo’s Enterprise IT function, including IT operations, service management, endpoints, identity, SSO, ERP implementation and support, IT controls, resilience, vendor management, and enterprise application governance. The role will build an Enterprise Applications team, establish operating processes, oversee ERP configuration and integrations, manage implementation partners, and guide the transition from decentralized tools to centrally governed corporate systems.

Build and govern finance and revenue data models using dbt, SQL, and cloud data platforms. Own order-to-revenue pipelines, reconciliation, revenue recognition logic, testing, documentation, monitoring, and data quality. Collaborate with Finance, ERP integrators, analysts, and data engineers to create trusted, scalable data products and semantic layers. Help mature Airalo’s analytics engineering practices and support self-service analytics across finance, commercial, product, and marketing teams.

Owns host mobile network operator partnerships and market launches for Airalo’s MVNO operations. Responsibilities include identifying and negotiating wholesale agreements, developing business cases, supporting regulatory approvals, coordinating technical integrations, managing launch readiness, overseeing post-launch service performance, reconciling invoices, analyzing traffic and margins, and renegotiating commercial terms. The role requires strong mobile telecommunications, MVNO architecture, commercial negotiation, financial modeling, regulatory, and service management expertise, with occasional international travel.

Lead Growth forecasting, planning, and operating cadence; allocate budget across regions/channels using CAC/LTV and ROI; partner with Data, Finance, Product and Brand to translate analytics into decisions; run regional deep dives, scenario planning, and cross-functional projects to improve growth efficiency and execution.

Own Airalo’s global brand strategy, roadmap, governance, performance, and launch direction across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C markets. Lead and scale a multidisciplinary international brand team, develop future leaders, manage resourcing, and advise executive and cross-functional stakeholders. Direct creative and agency execution, oversee brand systems and content marketing, and translate brand and category data into growth and action plans across global channels.

Lead app-first user acquisition strategy and execution across paid channels, managing a $20M+ budget. Oversee campaign architecture, measurement (including iOS/SKAN), reporting, campaign hygiene, cross-functional partnerships, and present performance insights to senior leadership to drive scalable growth.

Design, maintain, and optimize HLR/HSS/UDM subscriber templates and roaming logic. Lead Full MVNO profile deployments, collaborate with roaming partners and system integrators, define HLR/HSS KPIs, and troubleshoot signalling using Wireshark and roaming platforms.

Build and lead Airalo's procurement function: create procurement policy and governance, own category strategies for networks, marketing, and IT/SaaS, run strategic sourcing and high-value negotiations, manage supplier contracts and renewals, embed PO/PR and P2P processes into the ERP, and deliver validated savings and controls while partnering across Finance and business functions.

Build and lead Airalo's global public affairs function, advise senior leadership, engage regulators and policymakers across jurisdictions, shape policy positions on eSIM, privacy, consumer protection and digital markets, manage industry and stakeholder engagement, and integrate policy work with legal, compliance, communications, and commercial teams.
