Teams at Air Products

Manage and resolve complex employee and manager HR queries across the UK & Ireland, support onboarding/offboarding and benefits, maintain HR data and compliance (Workday), drive automation and continuous improvement, and participate in HR projects and stakeholder partnership to improve service delivery.

Develop and implement grants strategies across European, national and regional programs. Prepare and submit grant proposals and tax incentive applications, optimize application workflows, monitor funding landscape, and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external funding bodies to support business projects and sustainability objectives.
