Supports Packaged Gases depot engineering through automation, digitization, condition monitoring, MES, production scheduling, equipment design, and productivity initiatives. Leads projects from concept through commissioning and handover, including scope definition, cost estimation, execution planning, stakeholder reporting, resource planning, and technical support for global depot teams.

Develop and implement grants strategies across European, national and regional programs. Prepare and submit grant proposals and tax incentive applications, optimize application workflows, monitor funding landscape, and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external funding bodies to support business projects and sustainability objectives.

Lead and manage a regional electrical engineering team supporting Industrial Gases operations across Europe, Central Asia, and Israel. Provide technical authority for design, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and safe operation of HV/MV/LV electrical systems, protection relays, motors, transformers, drives, UPS and hazardous-area equipment. Oversee projects, mentor staff, ensure EH&S and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with global engineering communities to develop standards and improve reliability.
