Troubleshoot technical issues, explain complex concepts clearly, and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams.

Manage and coach nine Mid-Market Account Executives across EMEA, driving pipeline generation, revenue growth, strategic deal support, sales process improvement, forecasting, and performance management. Build a high-accountability sales culture, hire and develop commercial talent, and collaborate with marketing, product, customer success, and leadership on go-to-market initiatives.
