Support design, implementation and management of compensation programs across UK/EMEA. Perform gender pay gap and pay transparency analyses, ensure compliance with local pay laws, manage job family architecture and job leveling, conduct benchmarking and market surveys, manage Workday compensation data and audits, and facilitate annual compensation review processes with HR partners and stakeholders.

Manage an assigned portfolio of multinational insurance programs, serving as the primary client and broker contact. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, oversee compliant program design and service delivery, support policy and invoice issuance, collaborate on reinsurance and claims matters, monitor service levels, and contribute to portfolio growth. The role requires commercial insurance expertise, multinational program knowledge, strong communication, relationship management, prioritization, and process improvement skills.

The role involves defining and governing IAM architecture, developing roadmaps, ensuring alignment with enterprise security standards, and overseeing identity-related initiatives.
