Serve as a trusted strategic growth partner to founders and business owners. Diagnose commercial constraints across positioning, acquisition, sales, delivery, and operations; recommend priorities; and translate strategy into accountable execution. Lead high-level client conversations, identify risks, improve revenue performance, coordinate teams, and maintain the broader commercial picture. The role requires strong judgment, B2B go-to-market knowledge, founder-level communication, structured execution, and practical AI fluency.

This role involves owning complex client situations, diagnosing issues, driving retention and recovery, leading high-stakes conversations, and building scalable processes for client operations.

Own multi-entity, multi-currency cash flow and treasury operations involving $5M+ monthly transactions. Lead payment infrastructure migration, automate card funding and reconciliation, build cash visibility dashboards, create SOPs, oversee external bookkeeping through Xero, and deliver concise weekly cash and P&L reporting. The role requires hands-on finance operations experience, systems-building ability, AI adoption, and management of complex payment and accounting processes across UAE and UK structures.
