The Credit Controller will manage overdue accounts, report on aged debts, collaborate with finance and other departments, and handle queries.

Manage quarterly forecasting and annual planning for corporate FP&A, produce underwriting and profitability analysis, prepare executive presentations, improve planning processes and tools, and collaborate with stakeholders to support decision-making.

Support the IM CUO Office in delivering underwriting governance across international markets. Manage governance frameworks, coordinate underwriting authorities and delegated authority oversight, facilitate management-initiated audits, support product community collaboration, and partner with regional and global stakeholders to ensure consistent underwriting standards and implementation of governance initiatives.
