Support the IM CUO Office in delivering underwriting governance across international markets. Manage governance frameworks, coordinate underwriting authorities and delegated authority oversight, facilitate management-initiated audits, support product community collaboration, and partner with regional and global stakeholders to ensure consistent underwriting standards and implementation of governance initiatives.

Lead catastrophe model validation, change implementation, and reporting. Maintain RMSi data dictionary, define global data standards, support system/reporting enhancements, coordinate Lloyd's/regulatory requests, and drive cross-functional integration and model rollout (OASIS, BOLT, Aspen) including merger alignment and stakeholder communication.

Support annual loss ratio planning, prepare presentations and materials for Plan Review Sub-Committee, coordinate reserving peer reviews and deep dives, perform ad hoc reserving analyses, consolidate inputs, liaise with finance/FP&A/pricing, and produce long-term AvE.
