Support development and validation of the in-house reserving platform, manage and validate reserving data, run quarterly reserving processes and reports (including Solvency II), liaise with stakeholders, troubleshoot SRP data anomalies, and act as ResQ SME to improve reserving efficiency.

Support annual loss ratio planning, prepare presentations and materials for Plan Review Sub-Committee, coordinate reserving peer reviews and deep dives, perform ad hoc reserving analyses, consolidate inputs, liaise with finance/FP&A/pricing, and produce long-term AvE.

Perform economic and statutory reserving for group regulatory reporting (IFRS17, BMA EBS, ICS), support local actuaries, prepare actuarial opinions, validate data with Finance, run analytical projects, improve reserving methodologies, and collaborate with Risk, Claims, Finance and Planning.

Lead development of globally consistent short-tail property pricing model specifications, collaborate with underwriting to standardize technical pricing, support reinsurance strategy and planning, produce performance monitoring and MI, and leverage data assets and predictive modeling to improve portfolio management.

The Senior Project Manager will oversee IT project delivery, manage resources and budgets, engage stakeholders, and ensure compliance with governance standards.

Lead strategic analysis and end-to-end business architecture for commercial insurance transformation. Drive discovery, stakeholder workshops, KPI frameworks, and AI-enabled solutions to modernize underwriting, claims, pricing, policy administration and delegated authority ecosystems, delivering measurable business value and operational resilience.
