Teams at Agile Retail

Own the technical direction, architecture, and hands-on development of Agile X, a scalable retail operations platform. Build Node.js and Express backend services, React frontend experiences, AWS and DynamoDB data architecture, and integrations with POS, inventory, workforce, customer, and third-party systems. Lead engineering standards, planning, testing, releases, and technical delivery while supporting engineers and partners. Help advance data visualization, predictive analytics, automation, and AI-assisted decision-making.

Welcome customers, represent Yankee Candle, provide personalized product recommendations, build product knowledge, and create memorable store experiences. Support teammates, maintain high standards, and contribute positively in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires enthusiasm, reliability, flexibility, confidence, strong customer service, and willingness to support store needs. This is a part-time temporary position through December.

Supervise and support the retail store team on shift, delivering exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and Yankee Candle brand representation. Maintain merchandising, presentation, stock, compliance, and store standards while supporting sales performance. Motivate colleagues, create memorable customer experiences, resolve issues, and lead by example in a fast-paced shop-floor environment.
