Owns the full creative advertising process, including research, hooks, angles, scripting, creator and editor coordination, editing, and launching at least 10 creative batches weekly. Uses creative performance data to improve ads and scale successful concepts. The role requires strong direct-response marketing fundamentals, high-quality editing, rapid execution, and end-to-end ownership, with opportunities to build creative systems and teams.

Own Afina’s European direct-to-consumer growth engine and P&L across Shopify, paid media, creative, landing pages, funnels, offers, and experimentation. Scale Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels profitably while optimizing ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rate, AOV, and contribution margin. Collaborate with operations, creative, email/SMS, and wholesale teams, and help build a high-output growth team.

Own finance and operations for a fast-growing consumer brand. Responsibilities include financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, margin and COGS analysis, bookkeeping oversight, cash management, inventory planning, supplier and purchase order management, 3PL performance, freight optimization, and building scalable finance and operations processes.
