Lead end-to-end product design for Affirm’s UK, international, and global post-purchase experiences across web and app. Define problem spaces, design direction, success metrics, and customer journeys while partnering with product, engineering, data, research, and content teams. The role is remote-first in the UK and focuses on creating clear, trustworthy financial experiences.

Senior backend engineer responsible for designing, coding, and operating highly available distributed identity systems for Affirm’s international markets. The role includes owning quarterly goals, delivering scalable features in Kotlin and Python, collaborating across product and engineering teams, improving code and design standards, monitoring system availability, resolving production issues, mentoring engineers, and supporting technical planning and hiring.

Provide executive and administrative support to two Vice Presidents across the UK and EMEA Technology organization. Responsibilities include calendar and inbox management, meeting preparation, travel and expense coordination, event planning, documentation, office-day logistics, correspondence, project support, and confidential information handling. The role also requires collaboration across international teams, use of workplace AI tools, and support for board and committee meetings.
