Assess financial, credit, fraud, identity, brand, compliance, and reputational risks for new and existing merchants. Review business credit reports, financial documents, payment processor statements, investigative research, and market data to determine merchant credit exposure. Monitor credit, fraud, and chargeback trends, investigate third-party data sources, collaborate with Sales and Business Development, and support automation and process improvements in merchant risk evaluation.

Leads UK regulatory compliance and privacy oversight, serving as the Data Protection Officer. Responsibilities include DPIAs, privacy risk assessments, breach governance, data subject rights, compliance monitoring, control reviews, audits, regulatory inquiries, management reporting, issue remediation, and translating requirements into governance standards. Partners with Legal, Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to strengthen the UK compliance framework and oversee consumer protection, conduct risk, and vulnerable customer programs.

Lead and develop an EMEA technical recruiting team, own regional hiring strategy, partner with senior technical leaders, use recruiting analytics to improve hiring outcomes, and scale recruiting processes across emerging markets. The role requires expertise in engineering recruitment, executive stakeholder influence, market insights, organizational growth, and building efficient, inclusive candidate experiences.
