Lead UK financial crime and AML compliance as designated MLRO (SMF17), oversee second-line controls (onboarding, monitoring, investigations, sanctions), execute BWRA and CMP, manage issue remediation, prepare MLRO reporting, support audits and regulator interactions, and partner with Legal and global teams to maintain and improve the UK control framework.

Leads Affirm’s UK and European enterprise sales business, managing senior Account Executives and strategic merchant relationships. Owns regional go-to-market strategy, executive negotiations, complex deal execution, pipeline rigor, hiring, coaching, and cross-functional delivery from contract signature through launch and expansion. Builds scalable sales processes, influences commercial strategy, drives performance, and represents Affirm at industry events. Regular travel is required for executive engagements, deal acceleration, and team planning.

Lead and manage an ML engineering team building post-origination credit models for repayment, collections, recovery, and loss mitigation. Define technical strategy, design and scale ML solutions, partner with product, engineering and risk, mentor engineers, and operationalize models to minimize loan loss and personalize collections.
