Partners with Legal, Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to strengthen the UK compliance framework and oversee consumer protection, conduct risk, and vulnerable customer programs.

Lead and develop an EMEA technical recruiting team, own regional hiring strategy, partner with senior technical leaders, use recruiting analytics to improve hiring outcomes, and scale recruiting processes across emerging markets. The role requires expertise in engineering recruitment, executive stakeholder influence, market insights, organizational growth, and building efficient, inclusive candidate experiences.

Set long-term technical strategy for backend identity systems, lead major distributed-system initiatives, ensure operational availability, establish engineering quality standards, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor engineers. Build and launch highly available systems supporting international expansion, KYC verification, identity data management, decisioning, regulatory compliance, and global risk models.

Leads Affirm’s UK and European enterprise sales business, managing senior Account Executives and strategic merchant relationships. Owns regional go-to-market strategy, executive negotiations, complex deal execution, pipeline rigor, hiring, coaching, and cross-functional delivery from contract signature through launch and expansion. Builds scalable sales processes, influences commercial strategy, drives performance, and represents Affirm at industry events. Regular travel is required for executive engagements, deal acceleration, and team planning.

Join the International Accelerator full-stack team to design, build, and operate Direct-to-Consumer products across international markets. Break projects into tasks, collaborate with PM/design/analytics, build and monitor APIs and web apps, support on-call and availability, participate in hiring and team growth, and write clear, well-tested, maintainable code.
