Manage a team of machine learning engineers developing credit and lending models for international markets. Set technical strategy, guide advanced ML solutions, partner with product, engineering, analytics, design, and risk teams, and ensure scalable underwriting capabilities. Provide hands-on technical leadership, clarify complex problems, manage trade-offs, and mentor engineers while contributing to Affirm’s long-term machine learning strategy.

Manage international payroll operations for the UK, Spain, and expanding EU countries. Responsibilities include payroll processing, equity and ESPP taxation, garnishments, compliance audits, month-end close, year-end reporting, employee support, and coordination with People Operations, Finance, Legal, Tax, and external providers. The role also supports payroll system processes, financial statement audits, and continuous process improvements.

Drive strategy, execution, growth, and international expansion of Affirm’s direct-to-consumer products. Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmaps; analyze consumer and performance data; prioritize features; partner with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, legal, compliance, credit, and fraud teams; and deliver high-impact products across apps, wallets, marketplaces, and related offerings.

Create clear, trustworthy content experiences across web and native apps. Responsibilities include UX writing, content strategy, information architecture, customer communications, research-informed content decisions, experimentation, accessibility advocacy, and collaboration with product, design, engineering, legal, compliance, and customer experience teams. Contribute to style guides, reusable content patterns, design critiques, and the growth of Affirm’s content design practice.

Lead and grow an engineering team responsible for Affirm’s international identity platform, including KYC, user lifecycle management, and identity decisioning. Own technical strategy, multi-quarter roadmaps, architecture, reliability, availability, incident response, and operational improvements. Drive major consumer-facing initiatives, cross-functional alignment, and technical execution across Product, Design, Analytics, and Engineering teams while developing engineers and maintaining a high-trust culture.

Lead strategy, roadmap, modernization, and adoption for Affirm’s communications platform supporting transactional and marketing communications. Partner with Engineering and cross-functional teams to build scalable shared capabilities, manage build-versus-buy decisions, balance customer, technical, regulatory, and business priorities, and improve communication experiences across channels.

Lead end-to-end product design for Affirm’s UK, international, and global post-purchase experiences across web and app. Define problem spaces, design direction, success metrics, and customer journeys while partnering with product, engineering, data, research, and content teams. Use research, analytics, and experimentation to improve outcomes, contribute to design systems, facilitate decisions, and mentor designers. The role is remote-first in the UK and focuses on creating clear, trustworthy financial experiences.

Set long-term technical strategy for backend identity systems, lead major distributed-system initiatives, ensure operational availability, establish engineering quality standards, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor engineers. Build and launch highly available systems supporting international expansion, KYC verification, identity data management, decisioning, regulatory compliance, and global risk models.

Leads Affirm’s UK and European enterprise sales business, managing senior Account Executives and strategic merchant relationships. Owns regional go-to-market strategy, executive negotiations, complex deal execution, pipeline rigor, hiring, coaching, and cross-functional delivery from contract signature through launch and expansion. Builds scalable sales processes, influences commercial strategy, drives performance, and represents Affirm at industry events. Regular travel is required for executive engagements, deal acceleration, and team planning.

Join the International Accelerator full-stack team to design, build, and operate Direct-to-Consumer products across international markets. Break projects into tasks, collaborate with PM/design/analytics, build and monitor APIs and web apps, support on-call and availability, participate in hiring and team growth, and write clear, well-tested, maintainable code.
