Assess financial, credit, fraud, identity, brand, compliance, and reputational risks for new and existing merchants. The role requires expertise in engineering recruitment, executive stakeholder influence, market insights, organizational growth, and building efficient, inclusive candidate experiences.

Set long-term technical strategy for backend identity systems, lead major distributed-system initiatives, ensure operational availability, establish engineering quality standards, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor engineers. Build and launch highly available systems supporting international expansion, KYC verification, identity data management, decisioning, regulatory compliance, and global risk models.

Join the International Accelerator full-stack team to design, build, and operate Direct-to-Consumer products across international markets. Break projects into tasks, collaborate with PM/design/analytics, build and monitor APIs and web apps, support on-call and availability, participate in hiring and team growth, and write clear, well-tested, maintainable code.

Lead and deliver full‑stack features for international direct‑to‑consumer products. Collaborate with product, design, and analytics; own operations, metrics, on‑call, code quality, and talent development while driving technical design and execution.

Lead and grow a Europe-based full-stack engineering team building the Affirm App and direct-to-consumer products across international markets.
